26 years after the end of DEC, our DECnett is as alive as ever.
Cordial invitation to our Advent meeting 2025
For the 29th time in our history, which has been closely linked to the "Altes Landhaus" since 1994 for our Christmas meetings, we are now starting the new planning! So I am looking forward to seeing you all hopefully safe and sound next December!
But not only the old DECies from WEGY (ESG, COE, COO) are invited, but all colleagues from Tandem, Compaq, HP, ... who have worked and lived with us in the Rhine and Ruhr region. We are also happy to welcome colleagues from other regions as guests in our midst, as in previous years!

Please make a note: On the second Thursday before Christmas (Christmas Day is on December 25th!) we will hopefully meet again in Essen, safe and sound!

If you live near “our regular restaurant”, you can reserve a table there at any time and enjoy a delicious meal! Whether in the warm season on the terrace under the old trees or, when it gets cooler, in the cozy restaurant in front of the open fire.
Our landlord, Evangelos Katsanos, and his team bring "Greece on our plates"! So enjoy an original Greek evening with your loved ones with delicious food and in peace either in the restaurant or on the beautiful terrace.
