26 years after the end of DEC, our DECnett is as alive as ever.
Cordial invitation to our Advent meeting 2025
For the 29th time in our history, which has been closely linked to the “Altes Landhaus” for our Christmas meetings since 1994, we are now starting the new planning! So I look forward to hopefully seeing you safe and sound in December! Not only the old DECies from WEGY (ESG, COE, COO) are invited, but also all colleagues from Tandem, Compaq, HP, ... who have worked and lived with us in the Rhine and Ruhr region. As in previous years, we also welcome colleagues from other regions as guests in our midst!

Please make a note: On the second Thursday before Christmas (Christmas is on 25.12.!) we will hopefully see you all safe and sound in Essen!

If you live near “our regular restaurant”, you can reserve a table there at any time and enjoy a delicious meal! Whether in the warm season on the terrace under the old trees or, when it gets cooler, in the cozy restaurant in front of the open fire.
Our landlord, Evangelos Katsanos, and his team bring "Greece on our plates"! So enjoy an original Greek evening with your loved ones with delicious food and in peace either in the restaurant or on the beautiful terrace.
